The compressor and evaporator fan appears to be operational but the freezer is at 50°F while running the refrigerator part is also in the 50s. I bought it new and it always seemed to be running with quite a bit of nosey.
I have pulled the run capacitor and discharged it. I tested it with a multi meter. No continuity and using the diode selection with nothing.
I am posting this for opinions on what components to check and how to check them. Hoping it’s the run capacitor but i rarely have luck in such things.
pulled the cover from the inside rear of the freezer and tested the evaporator fan and no continuity between the power leads?
