Hi frank16,

Please unplug the refrigerator for a few minutes, then plug it back in. Listen closely to see if you hear the compressor kick on or if you hear any clicking noises coming from the back of the refrigerator. This will help determine whether the compressor is attempting to start or if it’s failing to turn on.

I unplugged it for a couple minutes and then unplugged it back in and did not hear any noise or clicking

Unplugged for a few minutes and plugged back in. Didn’t make any noise. Any suggestions from here?

Hi Frank16,

Since you didn’t hear the compressor turn on, could you place your hand on the compressor and see if it’s running? It should either feel warm or be vibrating if it’s operating.

The compressor is warm but I don’t hear it running. The fan is on that keeps the compressor cool I think that’s all I’m hearing.

ok look at your control board is the the board blinking a red light?

There’s a tiny red light but it is not blinking
