We just moved, and after installing the washer in the new place, it worked fine for a week and now keeps stopping 8-10 minutes into a cycle with E10 or E11 showing on the screen. I’ve called fridgadaire and a few local appliance repair places and nobody can tell me what this means. Fridgadaire says I probably need to replace a control board. Any help is greatly
appreciated.Thanks!
Well those responses are ridiculous. I can understand independent techs not wanting to fool with this, these electronic controlled Frigidaire machines are nightmares to diagnose. But Frigidaire knows what the code means and should know how to fix it other than a flip answer over the phone.
There are tech notes in the lower service panel, and here is a link to a service manual for a machine similar to yours. See if you can diagnose the problem. You may have to replace parts on spec, but if you buy them from this site and they are not needed you can return them.

Good luck, and if you want to, call back Frigidaire and yell at the them to come out and fix your machine.
