Fresh Food section not reaching temperature

Main Symptom: FF not at temperature
What happens & when:

Error Code (if any): None, freezer is at temp (0F)
Parts or tests already tried: I have tested all thermistors and they read correctly (diag mode shows temps in line with laser temp probe), testing cooling cycle initiates fine from diag mode and cools FF, Fan is reading 2200-2300 rpm at 75% in diag mode, no damper in unit, evaporator coil is free of ice and gets down to 10F when running through test of cooling cycle.

I’m thinking it’s a mother board but wondering of a thermistor isn’t reporting back to board correctly to initiate cycle in normal mode. Am I missing anything?

If the thermistors check ok but the unit is not cooling the refrigerator section, the unit works in diagnostics but not during normal operation then this will most likely be the control board.
