French Door Refrigerator not making ice

Main Symptom: Will not make ice. Ice is very small and after 3 harvests only a handful of ice.
What happens & when: You can hear water valve and see some water coming in. I don’t have the diagnostic test sheet. I do know how to put into test mode just need which code is the ice test mode and procedures.

Error Code (if any): none
Parts or tests already tried: tried old school method. Jumper to T and H. Ejector blades and bin full arm moves then water enters.

When the water goes into the ice maker, does the valve hum for about 9 to 12 seconds? If it does, and the water level does not create a proper sized cube, the valve is the most likely issue. WPW10349187 Valve | Genuine Whirlpool OEM In Stock
