Freezer works , but fridge doesn't BUT it cools while on test mode

Hello all. My topic says it all really.

The fridge is beeping (3 beeps every few seconds) as if the door is open. and the refrigerator part of it is not cooling at all. However it works when I set the system on test mode 1.

I don’t think the door sensors are bad, since when I manually click the door sensors the light inside the fridge turns off.

What can be the issue? I have ohm tested the freezer, refrigerator, defrost and room temperature sensors, as per service manual, and as far as I understand it, they are operating correctly (and the main control board pins for those sensor read with appropriate voltage.) Although I was getting weird readings from the defrost sensor (sometime it reads nothing and other it reads something…might be just the normal operation of it?)

Is it possible that the compressor’s TSD or OLP be bad considering that the fridge works on test mode?

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and hopefully someone has an idea of what could possibly be wrong.

K update. It was a simple issue of reseting the system.

Here is how to do it. Open one of the fridge’s doors, and unplug the fridge from the wall. wait 5 minutes, plug it in, wait for it to start beeping again, and then close the door. Beeping went away, and the cooler is actually cooling. Apparently, the LG’s cut off the cooling if it detects the door is open (even though it was not)
