Freezer working refrig not working on LG Model

Main Symptom: Freezer works, refrig. does not work
What happens & when: There is a plastic hood under the freezer on top of refrig. Has 3 green lights working but cannot press to turn off or adjust temp. There are (2) screws that I removed but cover doesn’t come off there may be a 3rd screw but I don’t want to force before seeing a diagram for removal. Any help much appreciated. LRTLS2403S /01 Per LG those lights are just to indicate a fault. I have included the diagram for which lights mean what.

The actual control board is located under a removable panel on the back of the fridge. on that panel there is an LEDF. Check to see if it is blinking and how many times.
