Freezer Not Getting Below 30°

Main Symptom: Not going below 30°
What happens & when: Frezer had worked for a few years before moving across the country after the move it will not freeze. Gets to about 30° and won’t go lower regardless of where Inset the dial. Replaced the thermocouple and it didn’t change anything Anyone have suggestions? Thanks!

Is the compressor running almost non-stop? If it is, the failure would likely be with the sealed system which would require an EPA-certified technician to diagnose and repair it.
