Help!!! My fridge is not keeping the stuff super cold how it’s supposed to and my freezer doesn’t freeze things. What’s wrong with it?

First you have to determine if the compressor is running and how.
You van usually hear it but it should be warm and you should be able to feel it vibrating.
If it is cycling normally then odds are that it is a control problem.
If it runs all the time except when in efrost then it is likely a defrost or sealed system problem.
