Had a power outage. Power surge melted 5 surge protectors. Only appliance i have trouble with is the freezer. It doesnt freeze. Everything is soft inside freezer. Power to fridge is good lights come on and i hear it humming. Fridge section seems cold enough but the freezer doesnt freeze. I set sttings to fast cool and -2 degrees but its warm inside. Any ideas what this coukd be?
