I have 2 questions. On my maytag model mzd2766gew. I have a problem with the freezer opening when I close the frig. What could that be about. And the outside dispenser needs replacing. the key pad is breaking and rusting. Can i replace just those parts.

You may want to check the doors bottom hinge. There is a plastic cam assembly here. Perhaps it is worn or damaged.

Also check the level of the fridge.
Make sure side to side is level
Front to back. Does not hurt to have it tilt slightly to the back.

Also sometimes and indicator that the freezer drain is partially plugged.
