Hello, when I set my freezer and refer controls they do not incramently go up or down.i.e. freezer will jump from -4 to -12 and refer from 32 to 45. The freezer is cold enough to make ice but the temp will not stay on what I set it to. Its like I can’t control the temp.
Check your thermostat it could be bad or going bad. Also check your door seals to make sure you dont have a vapor leak happening.
Turn the cold control to the coldest setting and measure the stabilised freezer temperature.
