One of the little prongs broke on the flapper. So i order a new kit. For some reason the flapper will not close tight and it lets air into the ice maker. I put the old parts back on but the flapper and it does the same thing. I even put a new spring on also. Before the flapper broke it shut good and you could hear it. Now you can not hardly hear it at all. I have done ever thing i could think of to try and fix it. The part number on the ice kit is 12001991. Here is the part numbers for the rest of it.

Can anyone help me? The person i bought the parts from was very rude to me and said if i come and look at it, it would cost you 65.00. And he made it clear just to look at it without taking it apart to see what is wrong. Please if anyone could tell me what to look for i sure would thank you big time.
