Main Symptom: WARMING BURNER doesn’t turn off
What happens & when: i push rocker switch for off, it does not go off

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: installing W10163899 and rocker does not turn off the warming burner

That’s an incomplete model # and the model similar to it that I was able to find does not use that switch, could you provide us with the rest of the model # or a picture of the model/serial tag?
