Looks like the screws that hold in kick panel on the front of the dishwasher were screwed in too far at some point in the past and penetrated the inside of the tub. When they were recently removed and re-installed, it now leaks. The one screw is pretty rusted.
Any thoughts on way to seal up the inside of the tub again? Not sure when this originally occurred, so I can’t imagine any tub warranty would cover it.
My two thoughts were:

Some form of sealer over the hole on the inside. Perhaps a silicone sealer?

Saw a suggestion here for inserting a bolt with rubber washer through the hole and then potentially sealing over the bolt.
