**Model Number:**WA42T26GW1-96184A Main Symptom:It won’t start What happens & when: When I push the power button nothing happens.

Parts or tests already tried:When I put in my model number in your system I get a message that you don’t have any info on it. I have found it is suggested to replace the washer control module or the Display Kit Gw Ph7/Ph6 Svc if the machine will not start at all. Since they are not cheap I would like your advice as to which one to get first.
One thing that happened between the time the machine last worked and then didn’t was there was a power outage. The machine wasn’t on during the outage but I thought I would mention it to you

If the machine appears completely dead and does not respond when the power button is pressed, check the following:
• Verify the supply voltage and confirm the machine is plugged in and switched on.
• Remove the lid and console.
• With the power supply isolated, inspect all plug connections to the Motor Control Module and ensure they are secure.
• With power supplied to the machine, check all voltage readings as outlined in Section 5.11.
• Before replacing the Motor Control Module, check all component resistances as outlined in Section 5.12.
It is also recommended to perform a visual inspection of the motor and pump area. Check for corrosion, signs of water leakage, and any damage to the wiring harnesses.
