If the water dripping continues for a long time after the cycle is done, it could be a water valve starting to leak by. An easy check to see if this is the case would be turning off the hot water supply to the washer. If the water stops dripping, the valve is leaking by. If not, turn the cold water supply off. If the dripping stops, the cold water valve is leaking by. In either situation, replacing the valve will likely correct the issue.
