I am trying to remove the fabric softener dispenser so I can get to the agitator but it will not budge for me. Can anyone please tell me how to get this off and get to the dogs to replace them… Thanks
I just grab it and give it a pull, It should come ritee out.
I have done that, picked up the whole machine and nothing…
Thats what is written in the Owners manual for this washer: “To remove the dispenser, grasp the top of the dispenser with both hands. Squeeze and push upward with thumbs to remove.”

I finally got that stubborn thing. When they say pull, the mean get a helicopter and sling load it to lift it out… That need a lot of help but it did just pop right out… Thanks guy, life saver, now I can get the wife to keep quiet… Well maybe not!!! haha
