My Amana oven model # ACF3335AC will turn off in the middle of cooking. When it chooses to do so, I receive the F9 error code. Which is suppose to indicate a door latch issue, the lock light does come on, but it does not lock the door, and the oven shuts off. After a last ditch frustration effort, I pressed all of the control touch panels pads in no appearent order and the oven light came on, the lock light went off and I was able to set oven again. I should also add that I had this same issue for some time when broiling, it seems to be contagious!!! Do you think it’s an oven temp sensor, or a digtal display unit issue?
The F9 code is a problem with the door latch.
