I keep replacing the sensor due to F3E2 error code.. JUst replaced again and am still getting same error code.. ANy suggestions?

Have you checked the sensors for resistance? The following link has info on this (7, 8, 20 and 21)

Have you checked the actual oven temperature? Just to be sure that it is not overheating.
Check that the connection to the control board is good/clean.
Check that it is not cold soldered. Usually a cold solder joint will be a duller gray or have pin holes. Sometimes tou can see the connector pins move in the solder,
Check that the circuit tracks on the control board for the sensor do not have any cracks. A magnifying glass helps here.
If all the above are OK then I would replace the control board (Item 12 in Section 2).
