F2E0 Error on Model KSDG950ESS0

Main Symptom: F2E0 Error/ Keypad Disconnected
What happens & when: I have replaced the control board and the control panel. When I use the blue wire harness that came with the control board I get the F2E0 error and the keypad does not work at all and I get the F2E0 error. When I use the original white wire harness the keypad works but then the F2E0 error comes back on. I can hit cancel and can use the keypad but then the F2E0 error comes back. I have checked all connections several times, powered off and on in between checking the connections. Any suggestion to solve this issue?

Parts or tests already tried: New Control Panel and New Control Board

This issue would most likely be caused by a keypad that is faulty that would need to be replaced since the connections are ok.
