Evaporator fan running constantly

Main Symptom:evaporator fan runs continuously
What happens & when:the evaporator fan runs for very long periods of time and shuts down briefly. I have removed the back panel of freezer and coils appear great and are not iced or frozen. Both refrigerator and freezer are cooling with great temperatures.
