Estate Dryer by Whirlpool/Dryer running but no heat

My timer is working, unfortunately my dryer is not getting hot. I took the dryer apart to locate the heating element, because I thought that may be the problem. After reading majority of the posts I am not sure. Do I have to get a multi-meter to check the coils and see if it is ‘open’, also do I have to check the elements under the control panel.
I ruled them out because that works just the dryer is not getting hot. If I have to check the Thermal Cut-off and the Thermal Fuse, please let me know where it is located.
Thank You, Tiona

I’m not seeing any online data on this particular model but check the incoming voltage to this dryer and make sure it’s 220-240 volts… A worn receptacle or plug can affect one of the hot legs providing power to the 110V motor but not the 220 volt heating elements… A faulty circuit breaker or burnt wire connection where the plug wires connect to the dryer will cause this condition as well… Good luck, kooler
