What happens & when: Nothing happens, when you push the start button. Trouble shooting gives an error message

Error Code (if any):9C2
Parts or tests already tried: Unplugged, switch the breaker on and off on the house, drained the water, had to open the top to make the door open because it was stuck.

The 9c2 error code indicates a power error. Make sure there is proper voltage to the unit. If there is then the main control board would be the most likely cause for this issue.
