Thanks. Would that be the fan that circulates air in and out of the vents between the refrigerator body and the door? If so, how can I activate that fan and should I be able to feel the air blowing?

One fan circulated air from the freezer for cooling, a second fan blow air to the ice maker. Normally it should be running when the refrigerator is running.
