Front Laoad Washer is displaying error code F28 and that code is not explained in the manual.

The F 28 error, indicates a communication problem between the CCU (control board in the upper area under the top).
And the MCU(motor control board) on the bottom base of the unit.
Check for loose and damaged wires from one board to the other, check the wires from the MCU to the motor for the same.
You will most likely need a MCU, if the wires and harness are OK.
