this unit is not getting cold enough on both compartments it is a side by side unit and I would like to get a service manual on it so i can diagnose the problem any help is appreciated thanks
The error code you are seeing indicates an issue with the defrost circuit. There is frost built up on the evaporator coil in the freezer that is obstructing the air flow. That is why the temperatures are not good. The most common component to fail is the controller assembly, which houses a thermistor and thermal fuse. You can test the thermal fuse for continuity through the black and blue wires. No continuity means the fuse is open and the assembly will need to be replaced. That part is mounted on the evaporator coil, behind the rear wall inside the freezer. The correct controller for your model is available at the link below.
