I am receiving the F 24 error. I saw on a previous post that it was the black heating sensor wire that was disconnected. I took the back off and sure enough both wires were severed. I have the white sensor case removed. That is as far as I can go. How do I get the black wire reconnected? I can’t get the white case to come apart.
Could not find info on a MHW2400 are you sure that it is not a MHWZ400.
Here is a manual for a Z400

Check that the temp sensor is OK.
Try to figure out why the wires severed and come up with a fix that will prevent this from happening again.
May involve splicing in some wire and zip tying them out of the way.
Thank you. I’m not sure what the problem is other than a design flaw. The machine has a lot of vibration when it spins. The way the wire is attached in the clip seems like it would sever the wire over time with all the vibration. I was able to make the repair and the machine seems to be working. If it happens again I’ll see what can be secured better. Thanks again!
