Main Symptom: Very poor drying performance
What happens & when: It can take many drying cycles to fully dry clothes. This model only has a single heating element, it is obviously working, but for some reason it’s taking a long long time to dry. There are no obstructions in the vent path, and the lint trap is clean. Sometimes, when opening the door at the end of the cycle the air that comes out is barely warm or not at all. Othertimes, the air is warm. My initial suspicion is that perhaps something is breaking the circuit in operation, maybe a worn out timer or intermittent safety protection device. Has anyone come across similar issues like this before?
