Electric range issue

Hi, I recently heard an electrical “pop” while in the kitchen using the above mentioned range. Afterwards, the none of the digital controls for the unit functioned (oven included since it’s controlled digitally) although the range top its self, controlled by knobs, works like normal.

My hope is that an internal fuse blew and I can replace it myself. Thank you in advance for any insight or advice. timbrady

Odds are it blew the control board, it does not have a fuse.

First unplug the unit and find out what popped.
There may be a arc or some other indication what failed.

would the “control board” be listed under a different name?

thanks again

Yes, it is called the clock Item 20 in Section 1.
You may also require a new overlay Item 20A, sometimes they get messed up trying to get them off.
