The first thing you may want to test is the hi-temp cutout. It is located on the back of the oven. In order to access it the oven has to be removed from the cabinet. It can be manually reset by pressing the reset button in the middle. You can check it for continuity across the terminals. If there is no continuity, the part has to be replaced. The part number for the hi-temp cutout is AP2832064
