E20 error code comes on washer did not want to spin or drain water when the washer was shaken once it turned one full spin and would not spin the other way

I cannot find the E20 code, but yours is a special model made by Frigidaire to be sold by Lowes and may have a few tweaks in the software.

I suggest you take off the front, and see if there is a tech sheet which will explain the code and take you through the troubleshooting routine. Also, take off and clean out the pump/drain and this may fix your problem.
