Skid plates went bad, replaced and wanted to change belt also but having a problem not understanding why there isn’t enough tension on belt/drum? I’ve look for a spring mechanizm, but no luck on that and when I took it apart I started on the top-side and never once gave it a thought to look underneath everything to actually check the tension stamatic. Can someone please advise me if there is any spring, which I have tripled check, nothing. It’s a very easy design but don’t want to put it all back together with out any tension for sure on the belt and then have to tear into it all again. Please e-mail me at stitzelk40@yahoo.com
