I get an F03/E02 error displayed and the washer will not do anything. Machine powers up and appears normal however; as soon as you press “start” , the error appears. Machine will not go through any cycles.
Looking at the manual, it states any F# with and E# alternating is indicative of a system error - call service.
Already took pump apart to clear any debris etc. ( as directed by some on line chat persons ). Seems unusual that a pump would go bad but do not know of a good way to test. There is no more water/suds in the drum since it the pump was disassembled.
Can someone advise if they know what the error is caused by? From another post, we were washing a single pair of jeans when we heard a short noise coming from the laundry room. I believe the machine was in the spin or about to go into the spin cycle. Also replaced front user control panel. Cannot locate any information on the web pertaining to the F03 and E02 error.
Thought I would reply with what I discovered was the problem. Turns out all the error codes ended up being the MCU. After doing some research on-line and testing some voltages between the blue control wires and pink power wires, I took a chance and replaced the MCU. The 2 outside blue wires going to the MCU should read 5v DC and the pink power wires should have ~120V AC. I would hear the machine clicking and each time it did, my volt meter would spike to ~120V. This told me the main control board was attempting to engage the MCU but the motor would not turn.
Also, I discovered that you can put this washer into diagnostic mode by selecting 3 consecutive buttons and repeat this 3 times. I chose to select the Ecoboost - presoak and deep clean buttons. You simply select these 3 buttons in order 1,2,3, 1,2,3 1,2,3 and the machine will go in diagnostic mode. When I did this, the machine stopped at C:02 and never went any further.
Hope this helps someone out.
