Background this washer has been sounding like a Freight Train in the past when in spin cycle, maybe it shock something loose?
If you gtake off the lower service panel you can reach up and gently pull the tab it will manually release the door. The tech notes are inside the lower service panel or under the top. Take off the back and top and check the support structure to see if you can locate the noise problem.
