the motor some times works emty and not when clothes are place in the bin , and some times works with the cloths in the bin , some times is not working at all . All the time when is not working I hear the noice like the motor is turning but the bin in not turnig. What is the proplem?
Try moving the drum by hand, it should rotate fairly easily.
The humming you hear is either
the motor running and the belt is slipping so the drum does not turn
the motor cannot start and it hums usually this requires that the motor be replaced. Normally if left like this it will overheat and trip it’s internal thermal cutoff.
So you may be lucky and it may be just a slipping belt.
Check the belt and the idler.
Might as well also check rear rollers, front glides etc.
Also a good idea to give the interior a good clean and clean/check the vent system.
I located this post and subsequently the service manual for my dryer, which helped me figure out how to put the belt on and complete the repair. I thought I was losing my mind with the other photos of how the belt fits on most Maytags. Thanks!
