Dryer wont start. replaced thermal fuse, but old one was good. continuity is good on door switch and the start button. I have 120VAC on timer red and black wires. does anyone have any ideas or a solution.

Just want to be sure.
Was this measuring red to black OR from white to red and then to black?

Was the voltage red to black 240 volts?
