Dryer will not turn on “dead dead”

Main Symptom: will not turn on
What happens & when: i press power nothing happens, slight static humming from mother board & otherwise nothing else.

Error Code (if any): no error codes
Parts or tests already tried: thermal fuse replacement/thermostat fuse replacement, door light switch test, door belt switch test, noise filter/power chord voltage test.

Things to check would be, voltage to the dryer, the door switch, the thermal cut-off on the blower housing, is power going to the motor? and the control board. Based on what you have already checked, it may be the main control board.
