Dryer runs fine but no heat

Main Symptom:NO HEAT
What happens & when:NO HEAT BUT RUNS FINE. I REPLACED THE HEATING ELEMENT AND ALL THE SENSORS AND STILL HAVE NO HEAT. I ATTEMPTED A HARD RESET WITH NO LUCK. THE “COOL” LIGHT IS LIT UP WHEN THE DRYER IS RUNNING NO MATTER WHAT SETTING YOU SELECT. IM AT A LOSS AT THIS POINT. THE ONLY THING I HAVE NOT REPLACED IS THE MAIN CONTROL BOARD. COULD THE MAIN BOARD BE BAD?

Parts or tests already tried:NEW HEATING ELEMENT ALL NEW SENSORS AND ATTEMPTED A HARD RESET. DOUBLE CHECKED ALL THE WIRING AND EVERYTHING IS WIRED CORRECTLY AND IS TIGHT.

That leaves either the main control board AP6028898 not closing the heater relay for some reason or the motor AP4438218 not closing the centrifugal switch built into it.

With the unit always showing cooling I would suspect the main control is not reading the thermistor temp sensor correctly.
