Dryer running, but does air does not get hot

We have an electrolux propane dryer (Model EFMG417SIW0) that is not heating. It looks like there is a glow underneath, but the air coming out of the vent is not hot. A local appliance store told me it’s likely the igniter. Does that sound right?

Brand: Electrolux
Model Number: EFMG417SIW0
Main Symptom: Not Heating
What happens & when: Looks like it’s glowing underneath, but exhaust air is cool. Takes forever to dry clothes.

It would be recommended to check to see if the igniter is coming on. If it is coming on but the burner is not coming on, then check to make sure that the radiant sensor is good. You can test this for continuity. If there is no continuity then the sensor is faulty and would need to be replaced. If the igniter is not glowing then check to make sure that there is 120 vac to the igniter. If there is but it is not coming on then this will be a faulty igniter that would need to be replaced.
