has 123 volts on motor leads red and white[/COLOR]
White is Neutral but the Red is L2 for the heater and is not motor voltage.
You need 120 between the White and the Blue (L1).
If you have this voltage when the push to start is activated and the motor does not run it is toast.
But I would check the other parts in the motor circuiot first as they can be checked using ohms.
The most likely culprit is the thermal fuse Item 7 is Section 3.
Unplug the unit and one side of the fuse and check it with your meter.
I am assuming you have a meter as you can check voltages.
If it is blown replace it, do not run without it as it is there to prevent lint fires which often turn into house fires.
The most common cause of it blowing is a dirty or malfunctioning vent system. Also check the blower wheel.
If the fuse is OK then check the start relay contacts and then the BU/BK timer contacts.
