drum out of round; wash rag got stuck between drum and front; motor stoped, drum won’t turn; is there a fuse or braker 
Cannot really say what your problem is, but I suggest you take off the drum, check the thermal devices and the belt switch. It may be the drum is so damaged that the machine will not work with it.
