Dryer making loud noises

Main Symptom: Loud noises when spinning
What happens & when: Turns on, spins quietly for a little while then gets super loud when there’s a load in. (video shows). I’ve noticed that when i either push pressure or lift up a hair it quiets down, not sure if it’s a leveling issue, as i’ve leveled it as best i could, or if there’s an internal issue causing something to squeal?

Parts or tests already tried: replaced belt, pulley, wheels.

If a link to the video could be provided, such as a YouTube link or other source, it would help identify the noise. Does the noise occur when the dryer is operated while empty? Also, is it a squeak, a grinding noise, or is it a different type of noise?
