Dryer making banging noise

Maytag centennial dryer is making loud banging noise while drying. What could be the problem? I can attach a video of the problem if needed.

Remove the front panel and drum as described in the attached instructions.
Inspect the front bearings and rear drum support rollers. Any worn out parts would need to be replaced.
You can find the correct part numbers in the following diagrams. Let us know if you’ll need to locate correct part numbers.

Also check the drum to make sure there is no part of it that is damaged where it contacts the rollers/bearings.
