I was trying to stop a squeak in the dryer, and in my rushing to take things apart, I forgot to unplug the unit, and i think the heater element shorted out after it fell. My bad! Now i need to take the drum out to get at the heater element. There are six screws on the drum. Three in the middle and three on the outer area at the back of the drum. My question is do I take the three from the middle or the three from the outer area, or all six. Thanks in advance!
Need the proper model number to see what you are working with.

You don’t have to remove these screws at all. Instead you have to remove the whole drum from the dryer. The instructions are attached to the post.

Thanks for the help! I’ll have to give that a try tomorrow night. I just finished reffing a hockey game, and it’s 10:15 here in Winnipeg, so I’m not going to start working on it now. Thanks again!
