Drill hole in side of fridge?

I want to convert my fridge into a kegerator and need to drill a hole in the refrigerator side (I.e. right side if looking at the front). Is there anything in the walls that I need to avoid and if so, where?

Drill a hole in the fridg door, there is nothing in there to cause problems.
