I have a kemore ref stainless which has a few dents on the right hand side door.Can the outside panel be replaced. If so how.

The Model number you supplied is not correct.
Please check the model serial tag inside the refrigerator compartment, so we can assist you.

I can give you the part number(s) you need but can’t do much more than that.
Apparently this is a Sears/Kenmore “exclusive” model, and we have no information regarding technical data, service procedures, etc.
You will need to order your parts through Sears, and you may want to see if they can also order the service manual for that unit, for you.
