Main Symptom: Door Latch Keeps Failing
What happens & when: I will replace door latch it will work for about 30 days then fails again
Check to make sure that the door is not warped or damaged where the strike meets the door latch. It is possible that this is the problem that is causing the issue.
Checked it out and door and all looks good. Just weird that I can put a new latch on and it works fine for about 30 days then fails.
It is odd for the latch to fail and would be more likely there is a wiring issue or an issue with the control board since it is happening so often.
