Does not spray everything else seems to work

My Fridgidaire dishwasher goes thru all of the cycles but the arms or sprayers dont seem to have pressure thru them (no water). what is the problem?

I would check the filter #64 in the diagram to see if it was plugged.
The tub does fill with water correct?
