I replaced the thermal fuse. Now it works but no heat.
What could be wrong?

Well it will either be the element or the thermal fuse mounted on the element assembly. I would go with the element, which probably blew the fuse. Also flip the dryer breaker a few times to be sure the dryer is getting full power. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
